A retail interior designed for Maison Martin Margiela at Crocus City Mall in Moscow. The space extends the Maison’s distinctive approach to trompe-l’œil, using translucent curtains, drawn architectural details and references to domestic interiors to create an atmosphere that blurs the boundaries between the real and the represented. The restrained white environment places the collections at the centre while turning the boutique itself into an extension of the Maison’s visual language.


Un espace de vente conçu pour la Maison Martin Margiela au Crocus City Mall à Moscou. Le projet prolonge l’approche singulière de la Maison autour du trompe-l’œil, en associant rideaux translucides, éléments architecturaux dessinés et références à l’univers domestique pour créer une atmosphère qui brouille les frontières entre le réel et sa représentation. L’environnement blanc et épuré place les collections au centre tout en faisant de la boutique une extension du langage visuel de la Maison.
