Garmenting studio is a collaborative project uniting Ania Martchenko and Antonin Simon Giraudet. It develops a practice at the intersection of clothing, object, and architecture. It explores how techniques, archetypes, and materials from these fields can inform one another, dressing space as much as it considers how we inhabit garments.

Their research examines the historical and technical vocabularies of craft, and the formal, social, and sensory dimensions of the act of dressing.

Garmenting studio est un projet collaboratif reunissant Ania Martchenko et Antonin Simon Giraudet.  Il développe une pratique située entre vêtement, objet et architecture. 
Le duo explore les correspondances entre techniques, archétypes et matériaux issus de ces trois domaines, afin d’habiller l’espace autant qu’il interroge la manière d’habiter le vêtement.

La recherche est dédiée aux vocabulaires historiques et techniques des savoir-faire, et à la dimension formelle, sociale et sensible du geste de vêtir .
